STOP Domestic Violence 24-Hour Crisis Line

Provides services and support to victims of domestic violence and their children in Clinton, Essex, and Franklin Counties. Staff can inform victims of their rights, assist in the exploration of options, and provide support during thedecision making process.

Services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention, safety planning, advocacy, child care, support group, community education, transportation, emergency housing, emergency needs (food, clothing, personal care items, etc.), and assistance with the New York State Office of Victims’ Services.

There are offices in Plattsburgh, Malone, Tupper Lake, and Westport, NY.
